The Ohio Master's Network Initiatives in Education-Speech Language Pathology (OMNIE Project) is the collaborative endeavor of dedicated individuals who have undertaken a leadership role in identifying issues necessary to insure the recruitment, retention, and professional development of qualified speech-language pathologists in Ohio schools.

The OMNIE Project is sponsored and supported by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and collaborates with the Ohio Speech Language and Hearing Association (OSLHA) and the Ohio School Speech Pathology Educational Audiology Coalition (OSSPEAC).
